I&#8217;m genuinely as happy to come round and spend ten minutes changing a light switch for you, as I am to completely rewire your house. The list below is not exhaustive, but will give an indication of the sort of jobs I&#8217;ve carried out over the last 12 months:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Replacement consumer units (fuseboxes)<\/li><li>Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR&#8217;s, previously known as Periodic Inspections) &#8211; whether in response to the recent legislation about private rental accommodation, or simply to give householders an indication of the state of their electrics.<\/li><li>Additional plug sockets<\/li><li>Outside lighting<\/li><li>Adding power for garden buildings and hot tubs<\/li><li>Electrics for kitchen refurbishments, including connecting electric cookers<\/li><li>Installation of electric showers<\/li><li>Replacement of light fittings, including re-positioning them if you want<\/li><li>Putting in downlights, or converting old downlights to LED versions<\/li><li>Security lighting<\/li><li>Kitchen and bathroom extractor fans<\/li><li>Portable appliance testing<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The short version of &#8216;what we do&#8217; is any electrical work in your home or your rental property.
